Payment Methods & Options

BabyDirect.Com offers three convenient payment options to help make purchasing with us as convenient and as simple as possible.

Credit Card Ordering

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. There are not surcharges for using your credit card with BabyDirect.Com. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Any incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of your order or complete cancellation of your order.

Charging Your Credit Card

Upon completion of checkout, your credit card will be charged for the full order amount.

BabyDirect.Com will make every effort to fill your order quickly; however delays or backorders do sometimes occur. If this does occur within your order you will promptly receive notification via email with an estimated date of arrival for the backordered item.

If you do not wish to wait for a backordered item to arrive back in, you may request a cancellation for your order, subject to our Cancellation Policies. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the delay and ship the item accordingly.

Gift Cards

BabyDirect.Com Gift Cards are available in any denomination. Choose to email your gift card to yourself or to someone else. Using a BabyDirect.Com Gift Card is simple, just enter the code into the Gift Card section on your shopping cart.

PayPal

BabyDirect.Com offers the PayPal payment service. The PayPal payment service maintains your credit/debit card/bank account information and does not share this information with any of its merchants. BabyDirect.Com offers the Google’s payment service - Google Checkout. Google’s payment service maintains your credit/debit card information and does not share this information with any of its merchants.
