Searching for Products

BabyDirect.Com makes it easy to find the baby products you need. Easily browse the various product categories in the top navigation tabs to quickly find the baby products you need. All of our baby products are within these categories.

By Category

All of our baby and maternity products and gifts have been separated into easy to navigate categories on the left hand side. Simply click on one of the categories to get to a certain group or type of products. For example, clicking on the Baby Furniture category will take you to a section that reveals all types of Baby Furniture such as Cribs, Changers, Dressers, Mattresses and more. Simply click on the section that interests you to find product pages for all related items.

By SKU

If you know the manufacturer number or SKU, simply enter it into the search field in the top navigation bar and hit enter. A list will generate will all of the matching items, simply click on the item of interest to get to the product page.

By Product Name

If you know the product name, simply enter it into the search field in the top navigation bar and hit enter. A list will generate will all of the matching items, simply click on the item of interest to get to the product page.

Buying Products

Once you are on a product page and would like to buy it, enter in the quantity of the product you wish to purchase and then click on the "Add to Cart" (to add the item to your shopping cart) or click "Add to Wish List" (to add the item to your gift registry list). Shopping Cart

BabyDirect.Com features a Shopping Cart button in the top navigation bar on every page. Clicking on the Shopping Cart button will take you to the shopping cart page that will display how many items are in your cart and the subtotal of all of these items. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button on the bottom of the page.

You can change the quantities of the items in your cart by changing the numbers in the quantity section next to the corresponding item. Once you have changed the quantity, click on the Update Cart button to update your shopping cart and retrieve a new subtotal.

If you would like to remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click on the Delete button next to the corresponding item.

Checking Out

Once you have completed your shopping, click on the Checkout Now button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page to begin purchasing your products. Get more information on becoming a Registered User or accessing Your Account.

The Shopping Cart Page lets you adjust quantities or remove items from your cart.

Step 2 – Shipping & Payment Options
Choose shipping and payment options for your purchase.

Step 3 – Order Confirmation
View and print your Order Confirmation Page for future reference.
