This was our second choice for a crib. The first choice apparently went out of stock between the initial order and when the told us about it 2 weeks after the order. So the customer service dept called and said the Angelina 3 in 1 was a good second choice. Unfortunately the Angelina arrived without several of the parts and was unusable. Stork Craft offered to send replacement parts in another 3-4 weeks. So it would take 5-6 weeks to get a working crib from Baby Direct and Stork Craft. No Thank You! Plus the return of this item is paid by the customer so we had to spend a large amount of money to send the incomplete crib back to the warehouse. Overall a terrible product, terrible experience with customer service and terrible resolution to our problem.
