Naturepedic started because of a Grandfather’s desire to find a suitable crib mattress for his grandchild’s crib. When shopping around he found that all of the crib mattresses were made of materials that were loaded with chemicals that he felt were unsafe for his grandchild. He was determined to offer the world a better choice so together, with his two sons, he started Naturepedic and designed the first ever organic waterproof baby crib mattress. Today Naturepedic offers infant and children’s mattresses made of all natural and organic materials that promote good baby health with non-toxic design and fire-safety qualities.
