In 1940, Eugène Laflamme bought a defunct wooden toy company. Transforming it into what is today South Shore Furniture, he embodied the company's drive to always move forward. Since then, while other wooden furniture companies succumbed to competition and new technologies, South Shore has prided itself on always growing and evolving along with their customer's needs, using wood panels entirely from recycled and recovered sources to conserve our forests. They are pledged to the mission of building discount baby furniture while always doing right by their employees, their customers, and the environment.
