Carol Gamble, a Montessori-trained infant and toddler specialist and the president and CEO of Little Partners, noticed her toddler daughter's yearning to discover the world beyond her reach, so she designed the Learning Tower, a height-adjustable stepstool to help her explore past her boundaries. In 1992, she began manufacturing the Tower in limited numbers, and its success and reputation has spread worldwide.
